The rate for counseling is $140 per hour.
Payment may be made with either cash, check, credit card, or HSA card, at the time of service.

Although I do not participate in other insurance programs, my office furnishes monthly statements for purposes of insurance reimbursement. In these instances, I am classified as an "out-of-network" provider, licensed as an LPC in the state of Colorado.
